This site respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users, making every possible and proportionate effort not to infringe the rights of users.

This privacy policy applies only to the online activities of this site and is valid for visitors/users of the site. It does not apply to information that may be collected through channels other than this website.

The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information the site collects and how it uses it.

Legal basis for processing

This website processes data on the basis of consent. By using or consulting this site, visitors and users explicitly approve this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data in the manner and for the purposes described below, including the possible disclosure to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service.

The provision of data and therefore consent to the collection and processing of data is optional, the User may deny consent, and may revoke at any time a consent already provided through the contact form on these pages. However, denying consent may result in the inability to provide certain services and the site navigation experience may be impaired.

As of 25 May 2018 (the date on which the GDPR came into force), this site will process some of the data based on the legitimate interests of the data controller.

Data collected and purpose

Like all websites, this website also makes use of log files in which information collected in an automated manner during user visits is stored. The information collected may be as follows

– internet protocol (IP) address

– browser type and parameters of the device used to connect to the site;

– name of the internet service provider (ISP);

– date and time of visit;

– the visitor’s web page of origin (referral) and exit;

– country of origin;

– possibly the number of clicks.

Data and information is collected for the following purposes

– in an exclusively aggregate and anonymous form in order to verify the proper functioning of the site. None of this information is related to the physical person-user of the site, and does not allow in any way its identification (as of 25 May 2018, this information will be processed according to the legitimate interests of the owner);

– for security purposes (anti-spam filters, firewalls, virus detection), the automatically recorded data may possibly also include personal data such as the IP address, which could be used, in accordance with the relevant laws in force, in order to block attempts to damage the site itself or to cause damage to other users, or in any case harmful or criminal activities. Such data are never used for user identification or profiling, nor cross-referenced with other data, nor provided to third parties, but used only for the purpose of protecting the site and its users (as of 25 May 2018, such information will be processed according to the legitimate interests of the owner);

– disclose the data to third parties who perform functions necessary or instrumental to the operation of the service, such as the management of comments on the site.

Comments on articles and data via forms

If the site allows comments to be posted, or in the case of specific services requested by the user, for example through the contact form, the site automatically detects and records some of the user’s identification data, including e-mail address and nickname or first name/surname. This data is understood to be voluntarily provided by the user when the service is provided, and is processed on the basis of consent.

By entering a comment or other information, the user expressly accepts the privacy policy, and in particular consents to the contents entered being freely viewable by other visitors.

The data received will be used exclusively for the provision of the service requested and only for the time necessary for the provision of the service.

The information that users of the site decide to make public by means of the services and tools made available to them is provided by the user knowingly and voluntarily, exempting this site from any liability for possible violations of the law.

It is the user’s responsibility to verify that he or she has permission to enter personal data of third parties or content protected by national and international regulations.

Data collection

The data collected by the site during its operation are used exclusively for the purposes indicated above and kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities, e.g. responding to emails received via the contact form.

In any case, the personal data collected by the site will never be provided to third parties, for any reason whatsoever, unless it is a legitimate request by a judicial authority and only in the cases provided for by law. However, the data may be provided to third parties if this is necessary for the provision of a specific service requested by the User (e.g. comment management), or for the performance of security checks or site optimisation.

Place of processing and external data controller

The data collected by the site are processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller.

The person responsible for the personal data is the company that manages the domain Solution Group Communication Srl of which you can find their ‘information on personal data’ at the end of the page.

The owners of the aforesaid websites shall therefore remain the sole and exclusive owners and managers of the processing of their users’ personal data, and the Data Controller shall remain extraneous to this activity and to any liability, prejudice, cost that may arise from its failure or improper performance.

Cookie Policy

Use of cookies

This site uses cookies to make its services simple and efficient for users who view our pages. Users who view the Site will see minimal amounts of information placed on their devices, whether computers or mobile devices, in small text files called ‘cookies’ that are stored in directories used by the User’s web browser. There are various types of cookies, some to make the use of the Site more effective, others to enable certain functionalities.

– store the preferences entered

– avoid re-entering the same information several times during a visit such as username and password

– analyse the use of the services and content provided to optimise the browsing experience and the services offered

Types of cookies used

Below are the various types of cookies used according to their purpose of use

Technical Cookies

This type of cookie allows certain sections of the Site to function correctly. They are of two categories: persistent and session:

– Persistent: once the browser is closed they are not destroyed but remain until a preset expiry date

– Session: they are destroyed each time the browser is closed.

These cookies, always sent from our domain, are necessary to correctly display the site and in relation to the technical services offered, they will therefore always be used and sent, unless the user changes the settings in their browser (thus affecting the display of the site’s pages).

Analytical cookies

Cookies in this category are used to collect information about the use of the site. This site will use this information for anonymous statistical analysis in order to improve the use of the Site and to make the content more interesting and relevant to users’ wishes. Analytical cookies are sent by the Site itself or by third party domains.

Analytical cookies from third-party services

These cookies are used to collect information about the use of the Site from users in an anonymous form such as: pages visited, time spent, traffic origins, geographical origin, age, gender and interests for marketing campaigns. These cookies are sent from third party domains outside the Site.

Cookies to integrate third party software products and functions

This type of cookie integrates functionality developed by third parties within the pages of the Site such as icons and preferences expressed in social networks for the purpose of sharing Site content or for the use of third party software services (such as software to generate maps and other software offering additional services). These cookies are sent from third party domains and partner sites that offer their functionality between the pages of the Site.

Profiling cookies

These are those cookies necessary to create user profiles in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user within the pages of the Site.

This site, according to current regulations, is not required to ask for consent for technical and analytics cookies, as they are necessary to provide the services requested.

Third-party websites and services

The Site may contain links to other websites that have their own privacy policies that may be different from those adopted by us and therefore this site is not responsible for these sites.

Since a social network interaction service is installed, it is possible that, even if Users do not use the service, it collects traffic data relating to the pages where it is installed.

Among the cookies used are those linked to the operation of Google Analytics, which are necessary to enable statistical tracking of the site, and those of Google Adsense, for advertising purposes.

Privacy Policy of Solution Group Communication Srl :

As Solution Group Communication Srl (hereinafter: ‘Solution’ or ‘We’), with these data protection provisions we would like to inform users of Solution and visitors to our web pages about the purpose, method and extent of the processing of personal data. Our web pages and services are constantly being revised and further developed. It is therefore also possible that this data protection notice is regularly revised and updated. This applies in particular to the procedures we use to analyse usage, measure the effectiveness of advertising methods and similar services, especially from third-party providers. The current version can be seen in the analytical table below.

We apply the measures required by European data protection legislation to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Use of personal data

We collect, process and use personal data for the purpose of performing our services. This also includes the advertising promotion of our products and the provision of information to Solution users and interested parties. The extent of personal data processing depends primarily on the type of access to our web pages: whether they are only ‘visited’, or whether they are used as a Solution user, or whether a user registration takes place.

Processing of personal data of Solution users

What information is saved and how is it used?

The data provided by the Solution user is saved until he/she unsubscribes from Solution. Exceptions: For reasons arising from tax law we are required to keep billing information stored for 10 years.

Saving of cookies on the end device:

Cookies are small text files that are saved in the browser of the Solution user’s end-device, in most cases for the duration of the current session, i.e. until the browser is closed, but in some cases even beyond. A complete overview of the cookies we use and the option to refuse consent to the processing of data by means of cookies (‘disabling’) can be found in the tabular list at the end of this data protection notice. We would like to inform you separately in advance about the following cookie technologies:

We use the following third-party services:

Google:

Solution uses various services of Google Inc. in the United States of America. These include Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Google reCaptcha, Google Fonts and Google Maps.

Google Analytics:

We use Google Analytics for our web pages and partly also for our users’ web pages. Google Analytics is a web analysis service of Google Inc. (‘Google’). In conjunction with this, cookies are also saved on the end device of the Solution visitor or user, which enable an analysis of the use of the web page. The information produced by the cookies is transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there. We use the IP anonymisation option, whereby the IP address is in principle shortened by Google within member states of the European Union and other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transferred to the USA. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google uses this information on our behalf for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. The installation of cookies can be prevented by a corresponding setting in your browser software; however, we would like to point out that in this case it may not be possible to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can at any time refuse to consent to the collection and storage of your IP address and the data generated by cookies, without retroactive effect. The corresponding browser plugin is available here: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

You can block the collection of data by Google Analytics by clicking here. An opt-out cookie will be applied to your site and will prevent the collection of data on visits to this site.

Additional information on how Google processes personal data in its advertising network can be found here: Advertising and data protection

Google Tag Manager

In addition, we use Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is a solution with which marketers can manage website tags through an interface. The Tag Manager Tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-free domain and does not collect personal data. This tool provides for the activation of other tags that might collect data from them under certain circumstances. Google Tag Manager has no access to this data. If a deactivation is performed at the domain or cookie level, it remains valid for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

If possible, we ask our customers for permission to pass on certain product data (e.g. account information) to other Google products in order to activate certain functions, e.g. to simplify the addition of new conversion tracking tags for AdWords. In addition, our developers check product usage information from time to time in order to continue optimising the product. However, we will never pass on such data to other Google products without the user’s consent.

Further information on this can be found in the usage guidelines for this product.

Google reCaptcha:

In order to protect the data you enter via the forms on this website, we use the reCaptcha service of Google Inc. (Google). This service verifies that you are a person in order to prevent some of the site’s functions from being (ab)used by spam robots (particularly in the comments section). The use of this function implies that your IP address and other data required by Google for the Google reCaptcha service will be stored. In any case, within the member states of the European Union and the European Economic Area the IP address is truncated and anonymised before transmission by Google. Only in exceptional cases is the IP address sent in full to one of Google’s servers in the USA and truncated once received. Google then uses this information to verify on our behalf how you are using our website. The IP address provided by reCaptcha will not be aggregated with any other data held by Google.

The collection of this data is subject to the data protection regulations of Google (Google Inc.). For further information on Google’s privacy policy please visit: https://policies.google.com/privacy

By using the reCaptcha service you authorise Google to process your data for the purpose and in the manner described above.

Facebook:

Our Internet presence uses social plugins (‘Plugins’) from the social network facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc. (‘Facebook’). The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the addition ‘Facebook Social Plugin’. If you view a webpage of our Internet presence that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted from Facebook directly to the browser and from there integrated into the webpage. Through the integration of the plugin, Facebook receives the information that the page of our Internet presence in question has been viewed by the respective Solution visitor or user. If you have your own Facebook profile, Facebook can attribute the visit to the Facebook account of the Solution visitor or user by saving cookies or using JavaScript. If you interact with Plugins, e.g. when clicking the ‘Like’ button or posting a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and saved there. This can be prevented by specific browser plugins, in which case the Facebook social plugins may stop working.

The purpose and extent of data collection, further processing and use of the data by Facebook and your rights and setting options to protect your privacy are described in Facebook’s Privacy Policy.

Communication with Solution:

A visitor or user of Solution can contact us at any time with any questions via e-mail info@solutiongroupcomunication.com. Data about the person is used exclusively for the purpose of processing the enquiry.

Newsletter:

Our newsletter contains links and graphic images that indicate to us whether the newsletter has been opened in an e-mail client or whether links have been clicked on. This is useful for the improvement of our offer and to ensure its quality. You can deny your consent to this usage analysis by unsubscribing from the newsletter. Instructions for unsubscribing are contained in each issue of the newsletter.

Access and publicly accessible information

The contents of the web pages created by Solution:

All information placed on web pages created by Solution can in principle be viewed by other Internet users. Therefore, in the publication of personal information and sensitive data it is necessary to proceed with caution and care. Hidden pages and password-protected areas do not offer absolute protection from unauthorised access; the same applies to uploaded files, as these can be accessed via direct links.

Data transmission

Data of Solution users will not be sold to third parties. We will not pass on personal data without prior consent, unless:

you are not legally obliged to do so;

you are not required to perform contractual services for Solution users and/or obligations arising from these Terms of Use or the contractual relationship between the Solution user and Solution;

it is not necessary to use third party services to provide the service package. In this case, the transmission of data may be necessary, e.g. to the Solution user:

Your rights

Information:

We will be pleased to inform you what personal data about your person has been saved by us. The information is provided free of charge, is processed by us in a timely manner and is normally sent by e-mail (also by post if requested). In order to obtain detailed information, you should inform us as far as possible for which type of personal data you are requesting information. In order to ensure that the person requesting the information is the same person as that person claims to be, we require proof of identity. For example, a copy of an official identity document is acceptable. Please blacken or make illegible serial numbers, passport numbers, etc. We will only use such a copy for identification and processing purposes.

Rectification, cancellation or blocking:

There is also the right to rectification, erasure or blocking of personal data. In order to protect these and other rights of the data subject, a data subject may contact us at the contact address below.

Changes to the data protection notice

We regularly adapt and update this data protection notice. In the event of significant changes that may affect the rights of Solution users, we will notify you in advance of such changes and, where appropriate, provide information on existing appeal options. This information is available in text format (e.g. by e-mail).

reCAPTCHA

In order to protect the data you enter via the forms on this website, we use the reCaptcha service of Google Inc. (Google). This service verifies that you are a person in order to prevent some of the site’s functions from being (ab)used by spam robots (particularly in the comments section). The use of this function implies that your IP address and other data requested by Google are processed for the Google reCaptcha service.

For further information on Google’s privacy policy please visit: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=it
